PennDOT held the second round of public open houses for the I-80 Reconstruction Project at Stroudsburg High School on December 4th, 2014 from 6-8PM and December 7, 2014 from 2-4PM. The meetings consisted of displays of purpose and need, traffic information and proposed conceptual Phase 2 alternatives along the I-80 corridor. Information regarding cultural resources was also available for review and comment, pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The public meeting was an open house forum to review the plans, and ask questions or offer comments.
